Hello,

I have over 10 years of experience working with a broad spectrum of clients, including several years of experience working as a case manager and advocate for clients who have a severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). Additionally, I have worked as an in-home therapist for "at risk" children and adolescents, and their families.

My passion is helping individuals, couples and families live the lives they deserve. I am a straightforward, innovative therapist with an outstanding track record for helping my clients live healthy productive lives. My personal commitment to you as your therapist is to provide counseling and psychoeducation using Cognitive Behavior Therapy to promote healthy thinking and positive outcomes. I am a firm believer that in order to change behavior we have to gain insight into underlying beliefs that have developed over time through experiences.

I want to get to know you to understand your needs, challenges, issues and goals for yourself in the present and plans for the future. I believe that as we gain insight and understand what motivates us, we can work to accept choices and lead a life of fulfillment.

One of my favorite quotes is

"We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty." - Maya Angelou.

I can help you realize that change!
