Mental Health Practitioner

Responsibilities:

The Mental Health Practitioner will provide therapy services to at risk youth and their families. These services are primarily in-home and in-community. This program is designed to engage and treat the multiple systems that are part of an at-risk youth’s ecology.

  • Conduct individual, family, and marital therapy.

  • Develop diagnostic assessments and treatment plans that identify strengths, goals and objectives.

  • Coordinate case with identified providers, attend to managing the client file, take into account all aspects of the client needs (psycho-social, financial, spiritual, etc.).

  • Implementation and administration of policies, programs and activities

  • This position will require site visits

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work

  • Prefer candidate possess or be on track to complete licensure for a specific related discipline (example: LGSW, LAMFT, or LPC. LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC are encouraged to apply.)

  • Prefer at least 1-2 years providing children, adolescents, and family-based behavioral health services

  • Valid driver's license required. Must meet state regulating agency driving requirements and pass corporate insurance eligibility standards

  • Must have malpractice insurance (company can assist with that upon hire)

  • Must be available minimum 80 hours per month

  • Must have computer or mobile device to access systems remotely'

Salary: $15.00 - $26.00 per hour
