Monique M. Russell earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA and her Master of Social Work degree from Stony Brook University, in Stony Brook, NY. She is currently licensed as a Master Social Worker in the Georgia, Minnesota and the State of New York. Monique has strong knowledge of Crisis Intervention and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With a focus on health and wholeness, she is committed to ensuring that the persons who often function as the hero have to ability to process the trauma in real time by providing a safe space, allowing them to return to the regular spaces strengthened and rejuvenated.
