Hello!

My name is Moriah Reedy. I see my role as a therapist as someone who helps you achieve the life you wish you had. Together, we can determine what is getting in the way of your goals and dreams and try to overcome the barriers. I am always honored when I am contacted by someone who wants to take time each week to meet to try to change the course of their life. I find it hopeful and exciting and I can't wait to meet you and join you on your journey to the future you want to have!

I am trained as a social worker and a dance/movement therapist. If you are curious about connecting with your physical self, exploring somatic ways of healing, or simply looking for a style of therapy that is different than traditional talk therapy, let me know and we can see if movement-based therapy is a good fit for you.
