Hello!

My name is Moriah Reedy. I am a Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Mankato State University. I have experience working with children and families as well as cross-cultural work for over five years. I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and I approach my clinical work from a standpoint of curiosity, humility, and non-judgement.

Life can be complicated. There are times you may feel alone due to relationship/family issues, personal life stressors, childhood trauma, or other life struggles. My background includes work with a wide range of individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, whether that means race, ethnicity, age, refugee/immigrant status, family makeup, religion, sexual orientation, disability status, or socioeconomic background. Though I am not a person of color, I am cognizant of issues of race and honored to be trusted by people from all backgrounds.

I work with children, adults, and families. When working with children, I believe family therapy is essential as a source of healing. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional/behavioral issues, and much more. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and Solution-Focused interventions. I am also certified to provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children ages 2-18.
