Tryenyse Jones

Mental Health Practitioner
Case Management/ ARMHS

Hello!

My name is Tryenyse Jones. I feel honored and privileged to walk alongside and help guide people back to the abundant living they were designed to experience.

Life is hard to unravel at times, and my goal is to help people find the most effective, individualized and quick solutions to the issues, problems and concerns they hold or may be facing.

Many times, talk therapy has the potential to invoke instant awareness and become an open door to discovery. In my experience, I've found the solutions we're looking for are imbedded into our life stories and scenarios. And as we explore those stories, we're able to see situations, struggles and strengths in a different light.

My desire to help others stems from my personal experience and living and healing through my own wounds and brokenness. The abundant life is to truly be made whole. What I desire for myself is what I desire for others.

Over the last 3 decades, I've worked to develop healthy life strategies and solutions for people in various sectors and spheres and was led to seek higher education in addition to my experience to build on that knowledge base.

I've created and designed multiple health and wellness models for wellness, wholeness and healing for artists, women, men, youth, creatives, Pastors, athletes, educators, community-based organizations and more. A current position I've held includes being a Parent Coach for a local organization serving African American parents.

As a musical artist, singer, songwriter creative and Zumba fitness instructor, I love exploring healing through the lens of artistic healing and creativity. When it comes to healing and wellness all parts of ourselves are a part of the equation, Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit

I am a graduate of UNWSP with a BS Bachelor of Science emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. I'm also a graduate of Mc Nally Smith College of Music and plan to attend St Thomas to pursue MA/Psy D in Counseling Psychology in the Spring.

I use an integrative approach including some of the following therapies and techniques.

CBT
Critical Intervention Strategies
